Programs We Offer
At Tezza Academy, we believe that the student’s well-being is crucial to their success in our training program.
How the Tezza Academy Works:
- Applicants apply to the Software Development, Test Engineering, or Product Expertise program.
- The 16 successful applicants sign a tenancy agreement, an academic bond for the 3-4months of training and a 2-years employment bond that goes into effect after the training.
- Any trainee backing out of the contract has to pay N3.5M to make up for the expenses.
- World-class technical and soft skills training, N65k monthly stipend, accommodation, free feeding, and more are offered at no cost. Trainees can also earn salaries during the three months of training.
- Trainees who can attend physically have to be in the house Monday - Friday for three months. The driver drops off on Friday and picks up from their collective points on Sunday. Visitors are allowed only in the general compound.
- After graduation, we process international passports for our new consultants. These consultants will also be issued their work assignments.
- Every single detail about renumeration is made available to all consultants.
- Trainees can leave or stay after 2 years. We value growth, and if you decide to stay, you can grow tremendously within our organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- You possess a track record of exceptional personal and professional performance in your field.
- You can commit to three months of training and 2-years employment bond.
- You are above 18 years and less than 40 years of age.
- You are a fast learner with excellent learning and cognitive ability.
- You possess the determination to work hard and excel in your field.
- You are ready to work full-time and not be distracted by school, work or any other engagement for the next 2 years.

This program is open to any Nigerian looking to build a tech career. When choosing candidates, we consider their experience in the field, chosen examples of growth mindset, innovative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
If you’re interested in participating, please keep the following dates in mind:
- October 1, 2022: The application process opens.
- October 31, 2022: The application process officially closes.
- December 2022: Applicants are notified about Tezza Academy’s decisions.
- March 2023: Full-time Immersives training begins.
- June 2023: Graduates are given employment.
Pre and Post Training Remuneration
Pre-Placement: N65,000 stipend per month (minus additional pay)
Post Placement: N250,000 per month for the first year.
However, your pay depends on the zone or country you work in, so consultants in the US could be paid differently from others.
There will also be other opportunities to earn more.

Learn for the real world
We deliver an intensive 3-4 month onsite training at Magodo where our trainees learn technical and additional soft skills in an immersive environment. Through an agile delivery methodology and leadership modules, we equip our trainees with techniques and a leadership mindset that enables them to work competitively in any team globally.

Learn by building
As part of our curriculum, we expose our students to real-life applications and projects in a collaborative environment. During these projects, we ensure they are well-equipped individually and in teams. This aspect of our program provides our interns with verifiable work experience and the confidence to excel in their jobs after graduation.

Accept your full-time job
You made it! Increase your income by 2x-3x and enjoy the life you deserve. All consultants work for our local or international clients post training while also acting like mentors to other incoming interns.
And after two years, you are free to continue working with the clients, leave or work as a mentor for the interns coming into the Tezza Academy.
